TVB wanted to explore the opportunities in the e-commerce landscape in Mainland China and launched the bigbigshop Taobao store.
As the project lead, I played a pivotal role in the successful launch and development of the online store in Mainland China. Leveraging the 淘寶 platform initially, which then extended to WeChat Mini-Program and Lazada Store for Malaysia and Singapore, I oversaw the creation of an engaging store-front that captured the attention of our target audience. Working closely with external vendors, I supervised various aspects of the project, including store building and the creation of compelling product description pages. I took initiative to source made-to-order products from 1688 to utilize the brand’s IP, and spearheaded the marketing efforts by implementing effective advertising strategies to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
